Tangerine cakes: kids will love the result

Perfect for a tasty snack or breakfast! 
 
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
40g (1/4 cup) of sugar
8g (2 tsp) of vanilla sugar
60ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
130ml (1/2 cup) of milk
190g (1 1/2 cups) of flour
8g (1 3/4 tsp) of baking powder
Tangerines
Almond slices
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil and mix all together until the sugar dissolves. Add the milk and mix again. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix until is all well combined.
  2. Add two tablespoons of dough to each tart mold and add a round piece of tangerine to each. Decorate each small cake with slices of almond.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 35 minutes and decorate with powdered sugar.
