Ingredients:

3 pork chops
1 large onion
2 bell pepper (already cooked and juicy)
1 clove of garlic
Rosemary and sage to taste
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
1. Cut the onion and also the bell peppers.
2. Fry the onion in a pan with the oil and then add the bell peppers.
3. Add salt, pepper, rosemary and sage.
4. Add the slices of meat and cook and brown them well.
5. Then serve this wonderful second course.
