Bread fritters: the easy and delicious recipe to try

Ingredients:
250 grams of flour 0 '
200 grams of warm milk
80 gr of freshened sourdough and doubled twice
30 gr of olive oil
10 gr of salt
a teaspoon of granulated sugar
sunflower seed oil
Directions:
1. Put the flour in a bowl and add the milk.
2. Then add the sourdough, oil, salt and sugar.
3. Form a uniform mixture and let it double in the oven with the light on.
4. Heat the oil and cook the fritters.
