Mekitzi: the perfect Bulgarian fried bread for breakfast, in ASMR!

INGREDIENTS
For the starter:
100g (4/5 cup) flour 
100ml (1/2 cup) water
7g dry yeast 
10g sugar 

For the dough:
300g (2 1/2 cups) flour
140ml (1/2 cup) water 
3 tbsp olive oil  
1/2 tsp salt 

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together 100g of flour, 100ml of water, sugar, and yeast. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
2. Add the rest of the water, oil, flour, and salt. Let the dough rise for 8 hours.
3. Divide it into four balls and press them with your hands.
4. Fry in the hot oil from both sides until golden brown.
