Air fryer mini pizza: perfect for a delicious dinner!

Super fluffy and delicious, how to make at home:
INGREDIENTS

500g (4 cups) flour 00
60ml (4 tbsp) of room temperature water
14g of yeast
12g (2 tsp) fine salt
2 tbsp tomato sauce
50ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
3g (1 tsp) garlic powder
2g (2 tsp) oregano
Parmesan
Basil leaves
METHOD
- Pour the flour into a bowl, then add the whipped yeast, little by little add lukewarm water and mix the dough, add and salt during mixing and adding water. Knead a fine, slightly sticky dough.
- Transfer the dough to a floured work surface and place, then place in a bowl and cover to rise.
- After 15 minutes, transfer the dough to the work surface and return it to the bowl, and cover for another 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two parts, mix and cover with foil for another 15 minutes, then uncover the dough, flour it, spread it out, and leave it on the work surface for about 8 hours, when bubbles start to form, this is the right dough.
- Oil the glass and make circles in the dough.
- Put the dough to bake, after baking coat with tomato sauce, sprinkle with parmesan, and add basil leaves.
