2 ways air fryer potatoes: absolutely to try!

They get extra crispy all over and stay perfectly soft on the inside!
1) Potato skewers
INGREDIENTS
450g (3 cups) small potatoes
45ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
3g (1 tsp) garlic powder
2g (1 tsp) smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
METHOD
- Cut the small potatoes lengthwise into circles with the help of wooden sticks, and then cut one side of the potatoes horizontally and the other side obliquely. Stab the potatoes on a wooden stick and set them aside. Make about 10 pieces of sticks.
- Prepare marinades of olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt.
- Coat the potatoes with the marinade, arrange in an air fryer and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

2) Smashed potatoes
INGREDIENTS
450 g small potatoes
45ml (3 tbsp) Oil
6g (1 tsp) Salt
2g (1 tsp) Pepper
1g (1 tsp) Oregano
METHOD
- Boil small potatoes whole. When the potatoes are cooked, arrange them on baking paper and mash them now with glass.
- Arrange the potatoes in an air fryer, add olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano, and then bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
