Bread in pan: light and crunchy to prepare in no time!

INGREDIENTS
300g (2 cups) of Flour
5g (1/3 tbsp) of Sugar
7g of dry yeast
2 Eggs
400ml (1 3/4 cup) of warm water
5g (1 teaspoon) of Salt

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the flour, sugar, yeast, eggs, water and mix them all together until well combined. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. Add the salt and mix it all together again.
  3. With a ladle, add the butter to the pan to create a round shape. Cover with a lid and bake on both sides until golden.
