Sheet-pan breakfast: light, tasty and quick!

INGREDIENTS
200g of chopped bacon
16-18 eggs
100ml (2/5 cup) of cream
4 tbsp of green onion, chopped
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
Toasted bread
METHOD
1. In a baking pan add chopped bacon, bake at 190°C (380°F) for 15-17 minutes.
2. In a bowl mix together eggs, cream, salt, pepper and onion.
3. Cover the bacon with prepared egg mixture and bake for 25 minutes more.
4. Serve with toasted bread.
