Sheet pan veggies and seafood: the light and super delicious dish!

INGREDIENTS
300g of squids
220g of shrimps
100g (3/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
Marjoram
Thyme
Dry oregano
Paprika
Salt
Lemon (zest)
Pepper
150g of zucchini
150g of red bell pepper
80g of onion
Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
1. Cut the squid into rings and start by cleaning the prawns (remove the head, remove all the carapace and eliminate the intestine)
2. In a bowl add the breadcrumbs, marjoram, thyme, dry oregano, paprika, salt, lemon (zest) and paprika and mix to combine.
3. In a bowl with the breadcrumbs add the zucchini, red pepper, onion, squids and shrimps and mix. Finally add a drizzle of olive oil and mix to combine well.
4. Transfer the mixture to the baking pan covered with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 200Β°C/392Β°F for 15 minutes.
5. Serve on a serving dish and enjoy.
