Chocolate cake in the pan: beautiful, quick and light!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
70ml (1/3 cup) of vegetable oil
135g (2/3 cup) of sugar
220ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) of coffee
220g (1 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
50g (4 tbsp) of cocoa powder
16g of baking powder
METHOD
1. Grease the pan with some vegetable oil and cover with strips of parchment paper.
2. Whisk egg with sugar, vegetable oil and coffee. Combine flour with baking powder and cocoa powder.
3. Add the dry mixture to the liquids and mix to combine.
4. Pour the batter into a prepared pan, cover with a lid, and cook the cake over low heat for 20 minutes.
5. Flip the cake onto a plate, cover with a doily, and dust it with powdered sugar. Take the doily off and serve.
