How to make pita bread: the tasty recipe

Ingredients:
300g water
35ml oil olive
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
7 g instant yeast
500 plain flour
Directions:
1. Make the dough in the mixer by adding the various ingredients
2. Lightly grease the bowl, put the dough back and cover with cling film.
3. Leave in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled.
4. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts
5. Bake in the oven for about 4 minutes in pairs until they are puffy and golden on the outside.
