Ingredients:
Base:
100g cocoa biscuits
40g melted butter

Hazelnut ice cream:
300ml cream
60g sugar
190g condensed milk
90g hazelnut paste
30g chopped hazelnuts
1 salt q.b.

Ganache Chocolate:
50g milk
6g glucose
6g honey
65g dark chocolate
125g cream

Doses for: 6 people; Cake mold diameter: 16 cm

Directions:
1. Mash the cookies in a bag and add melted butter.
2. Put the mixture to the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Prepare the hazelnut ice cream with the necessary ingredients.
4. Pour the mixture into the mold containing the biscuits and refrigerate for 8 hours.
5. Prepare the chocolate ganache: mix the various ingredients in a saucepan over the heat, stirring constantly.
6. Add the mixture to the dark chocolate using a mixer and leave in the fridge for 6 hours.
7. Finally you can decorate your cake.
