Coffee chiffon cake: the different way to make this fluffy dessert

Ingredients:
8 eggs
1 sachet of cream of tartar
1 tablespoon of sugar
300 gr sugar
130 ml seed oil
220 ml unsweetened coffee
1 sachet of yeast
300 gr flour
 
Directions:
1. Beat the egg whites with cream of tartar and a spoonful of sugar until stiff.
2. Separately mix the egg yolks with sugar, oil, coffee, yeast and flour.
3. Combine the two compounds and pour the mixture into a 26 cm diameter chiffon cake mold.
4. Bake at 356°F(180°) for 45/50 minutes.
