Raspberry angel cake: the fluffy and delicious dessert to try

Ingredients:
300 grams of egg whites
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
230 gr icing sugar
120 gr flour
1 teaspoon of yeast
200 gr raspberries
Directions:
1. Beat the egg whites with lemon and salt until stiff.
2. Then add powdered sugar, flour and yeast.
3. Form a homogeneous mixture and assemble the angel cake by adding the raspberries.
4. Bake at 340°F/170° for 40 minutes.
5. Then decorate with cream and raspberries.
