Crumble yogurt cake: the delicious dessert very easy to make

Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry:
2 egg yolks
70 gr sugar
70 gr butter
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
200 gr flour
salt
1 teaspoon of yeast
Oil
Filling:
2 egg whites
60 gr sugar
400 gr yogurt
3 tablespoons of flour
Vanilla essence
Directions:
1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Then add the melted butter, lemon juice and zest, flour, salt and yeast.
2. Form a homogeneous dough and divide it into two portions.
3. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Then mix the yogurt with the flour and vanilla essence.
4. Combine the two compounds and assemble the crumbled.
5. Bake at 400°F/200° for 25-30 minutes.
