No bake dessert with two creams: the delicious idea to try

Ingredients:
10 chocolate chip cookies
400 gr fresh cream
90 grams of coffee liqueur
60 gr sugar
for the ganache
100 gr dark chocolate
60 gr fresh cream
Directions:
1. First, blend the cookies and set them aside.
2. Then whip the cream with the liqueur and sugar.
3. Transfer half of the cream to a bowl.
4. Melt the chocolate with the cream and add to the cream.
5. Assemble the desserts and serve.
