Two-colored roll with cream and chocolate: soft and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
10 eggs
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of vanilla extract
240g (1 1/8 cups) of sugar
120ml (2/5 cup) of olive oil
120ml (2/5 cup) of milk
200g (1 1/2 cups) of flour
8g of baking powder
40g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder
70ml (1/5 cup) of hot water
120ml (2/5 cup) of whipping cream
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
30g (1/4 cup) of powdered sugar
160g of cream cheese
METHOD
1. In a bowl beat together egg whites with sugar and vanilla extract.
2. In another bowl beat egg yolks, add in oil and milk, and sift in the flour and baking powder.
3. Add egg whites. Divide the mixture into two portions and add the cocoa powder mixture to the second.
4. Transfer the white mixture to the baking pan and top with the dark mixture, make movements with a fork to form a pattern.
5. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 25 minutes. While it’s hot twist it and cool it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
6. In a bowl mix together whipping cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Fill the roll with prepared cream.
