Nun breasts: the mouthwatering Italian dessert

Ingredients:
Dough:
260 gr eggs
50 gr icing sugar
200 gr flour
Cream:
500 gr milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 eggs
150 gr sugar
35 gr flour
500 gr of whipping cream
 

Directions:
1. Cream: heat the milk with the vanilla. Separately, mix eggs, sugar and flour. Combine the two compounds and let them thicken. Let it cool completely and then add the whipped cream.
2. Dough: mix eggs, powdered sugar and flour. Obtained a frothy mixture formed the breasts on a baking sheet. Bake at 340°F/170° for 15 minutes.
3. Fill with the cream and serve them.
