Garlic mozzarella ring bread: the original and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
250 gr flour
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 egg
125 ml warm milk
1 teaspoon of grated garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of butter
2 mozzarella or scamorza cheese
Topping:
3 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 yolk
salt
Directions:
1. Dough: In a bowl mix flour, yeast, sugar and egg.
2. Then add milk, garlic and finally salt and butter.
3. Let the dough rest for 60/90 minutes.
4. Topping: mix the ingredients vigorously and refrigerate.
5. Form the donuts by stuffing them with the mozzarella.
6. Cover with the topping and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
