Eggplant stuffed rolls: easy, quick and so yummy

Try this Spanish recipe to prepare a tasty meal.
Ingredients:
1 eggplant
1 onion
1 green pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
Salt to taste.
black pepper
Turmeric
2 cans of tuna
Tomato sauce
Grated cheese
Oil
Bechamel
Directions:
1. Cut the eggplant into thin slices.
2. Put them in water and salt.
3. Fry the onion, carrot and garlic.
4. Add the tuna, spices and sauce.
5. Bake the eggplant at 356°F/180° for 8-10 minutes.
6. Form the rolls and cover them with sauce and cheese.
7. Bake at 356°F/180° for 10 minutes.
