Basic crêpes batter recipe: the quick and easy way to prepare it

Ingredients:
200 gr flour
300 ml milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
3 teaspoons of sugar
50 ml of sparkling water + 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate
2 eggs
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
2. Add the water and the eggs.
3. Whip everything until you have a slurry.
4. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes before making the crepes.
