Pineapple sponge cake: the creamy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
Dough:
3 yolks
3 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanillin
90 gr sugar
90 gr flour
30 ml of milk
30 ml oil
Cream:
400 gr whipping cream
60 gr icing sugar
1 teaspoon of vanillin
2 drops of food coloring
240 gr pineapple in syrup
Directions:
1. Whip the egg yolks with salt and sugar.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add sugar and egg yolks.
3. Then add flour, oil and milk.
4. Pour the mixture into a 15cmx7cm mold.
5. Bake at 320°F/160° for 30-35 minutes.
6. Whip the cream with icing sugar and vanilla, then add the coloring.
7. Assemble the cake and leave it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
