Homemade ricotta cheese: the simple method to make it perfect

Ingredients:
10 liters of milk serum
A liter of fresh milk
50 g. about salt

Preparation:
1. Pour the milk serum into a pot and insert the thermometer.
2. Add the salt, stir and bring to 70 °.
3. Then pour in the milk and continue stirring.
4. Arrived at a temperature of 90 ° / 92 ° you will have the ricotta.
5. Transfer into the molds and let it cool.
