Orange castagnole: how to prepare the delicious Italian fritters

Ingredients:
300 grams of flour 00
150 grams of sugar
3 eggs
250 gr of ricotta
1 sachet of vanilla baking powder
1 orange (orange zest and orange juice)
granulated sugar to decorate
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with the sugar.
2. Add orange zest and juice.
3. Add and mix the ricotta.
4. Then add the flour and yeast.
5. Shape the castagnole and fry in hot oil.
6. Serve with sugar.
