Cabbage and rice balls: the easy recipe for a special meal

Ingredients:
600 gr cabbage
Salt and pepper
Oregano
1 tbsp of tomato paste
1 egg
200 gr rice
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
50 gr cheese
200 gr mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Oil to fry
Directions:
Cut the cabbage and boil it with salt. Then mix the cabbage with pepper, oregano, tomato pasta, and egg. Mix well. Boil the rice and add into the mixture. Add also cheese, breadcrumbs and make the ball (fill with mozzarella).
Pass each balls into eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil.
