Potato omelette: the recipe for a quick and savory meal

Ingredients: 
1 onion 
2 potatoes 
4 eggs 
Pepperoni 
Oil 
Sale
 
Directions: 
1. Cut the onion in thin slices and fry it in a pan with some olive oil. 
2. Grate the potatoes and soak them in water for 10 minutes. 
3. Squeeze them and put them in a bowl with eggs and salt. 
4. Mix with a fork to combine all the ingredients. 
5. Add pepperoni. 
6. Pour the batter on top of the onion in the pan. 
7. Cook 5 minutes each side.
