Wholemeal mini baguettes: the simple way to make them delicious

Ingredients:
180g of Milk
120g of Water
7g of dry yeast
20g of Sugar
150g of whole wheat flour
400g of flour 0
6g of Salt
30g of Butter
Directions:
1. In a large bowl pour the milk and water, then add sugar and dry yeast.
2. Then combine the flours, salt and mix well.
3. Finally, supplement the butter and form a uniform loaf.
4. Cover and let rise for a couple of hours.
5. Then divide the dough into pieces and let them rest for 30 minutes.
6. Then form the baguettes and place them in the pan.
7. Let stand for one hour.
8. Bake at 200 hrs for 20 minutes with a bowl of water.
