Big and crumbly biscuits: the recipe for a simple and delicious breakfast

Ingredients:
3 eggs
250 g of sugar
250 g of cake flour
One packet of vanillin
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix eggs and sugar.
2. Mix using electrical whisk for 12 minutes until you get a soft and foamy batter.
3. Insert flour a little bit at a time.
4. Make the biscuits pouring a spoonful of batter on a tray covered in baking paper.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
