Baked cauliflower patties: the recipe for a tasty dish to try

Ingredients:

1 cauliflower (~ 300 g)

1 carrot

1 zucchini

1 onion

Parsley

Salt and pepper

3 small eggs or 2 medium ones

Breadcrumbs

Directions:

1. Grate cauliflower in a large bowl.

2. Then add zucchini, carrot, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and eggs.

3. Make the patties and place them on a baking tray.

4. Coat them in bread crumbs and pour some olive oil.

5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
