How to prepare bechamel: the simple way to make it creamy and tasty

Ingredients:
100g of butter
100g of 00 flour
1 liter of partially skimmed milk
Salt to taste.
nutmeg to taste
black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. First, melt the butter in a small saucepan.
2. Then add the sifted flour and mix well.
3. Merge the milk and fix the salt.
4. Thicken by combining nutmeg and black pepper.
