Homemade almond pastries: the recipe for the delicious and fragrant dessert

Ingredients: 
 
- For the pastries:
500 g of almonds 
450 g of sugar 
120 g of egg whites 
Unsweetened almond flavor
 
- For decoration: 
Almonds
Candied cherries
 
Directions: 
1. First of all, boil the almonds for 10 minutes. 
2. Then let them cool and peel them. 
3. Dry the almonds and blend them with sugar. 
4. Add in the egg whites and mix well. 
5. Put the almond dough in a piping bag and the make the pastries. 
6. Decorate with almonds and cherries. 
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
