Cranberry sweet bread: the recipe for a fluffy and delicious breakfast

Ingredients:
312.5 g of all-purpose flour
5 g of dry instant yeast
75 g of sugar
125 ml of warm milk
42 g of melted butter
1 egg
1 tbsp of vanilla sugar
1/2 a cup of dried cranberry
1/2 tbsp of salt
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix flour, yeast, sugar, warm milk, butter, egg, vanilla sugar and cranberries.
2. Blend well with a wooden spoon.
3. Add salt and continue blending.
4. Cover with some plastic wrap and let it rise until it doubles its size.
5. Shape the dough into small balls.
6. Place the dough balls into a round cake pan.
7. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
8. Brush the surface with some egg yolk.
9. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
