Mini meatloaves with a cheesy filling: the recipe for a tasty and delicious meal

Ingredients: 
1 onion 
Olive oil 
1 whole chili pepper 
1 pepper 
300 g of beef meat 
300 g of pork meat 
3 tbsp of bread crumbs 
2 eggs 
Fresh parsley 
Salt and pepper 
250 g of mozzarella cheese 
Vegetable oil 
 
Directions: 
1. Cut the onion into pieces, then let them fry in a saucepan with some olive oil. Season with salt. 
2. Finely chop the chili pepper and add it in the pan. Do the same thing with the pepper. 
3. Cut the meat in pieces, both pork and beef, then grind it. 
4. In a bowl mix the ground meat, the fried vegetables, bread crumbs, eggs, pepper. Knead to blend all the ingredients. 
5. Lastly add salt and chopped fresh parsley. 
6. Cut the mozzarella cheese in slices. 
7. With your hands make some mini meatloaves and before you close them put a mozzarella cheese slice in the middle. 
8. Spread them with some more bread crumbs so that they cover their entire surface. 
9. In a sauce pan heat some vegetable oil, then fry the meatloavess until they're golden on both sides. 
10. Place them in a baking tray and bake them at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
