Cheesy Garlic Dough Balls Recipe: enjoy a tasty and delicious meal in 30 minutes!

INGREDIENTS• 500g flour
• 260ml warm water
• 7g dry yeast
• salt
• 1 garlic clove
• fresh parsley
• 60g melted butter
• 250g mozzarella
 
METHOD
  1. Dissolve the yeast in 2 tsp Warm water.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with 2 tsp. salt and dissolved yeast. Gradually add warm water, mix well and let rest for 1 hour.
  3. Cut mozzarella into small cubes. Divide the dough into 18 squares, place one slice of mozzarella cheese in the middle of each square and form rolls.
  4. Grease the pan with melted butter. Add chopped fresh garlic into melted butter and grease bombs.
  5. Bake at 175°C/345°F for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Season with fresh parsley and serve warm.
