Cheesy Garlic Dough Balls Recipe: enjoy a tasty and delicious meal in 30 minutes!

INGREDIENTS• 500g flour
• 260ml warm water
• 7g dry yeast
• salt
• 1 garlic clove
• fresh parsley
• 60g melted butter
• 250g mozzarella
METHOD
- Dissolve the yeast in 2 tsp Warm water.
- In a bowl, mix the flour with 2 tsp. salt and dissolved yeast. Gradually add warm water, mix well and let rest for 1 hour.
- Cut mozzarella into small cubes. Divide the dough into 18 squares, place one slice of mozzarella cheese in the middle of each square and form rolls.
- Grease the pan with melted butter. Add chopped fresh garlic into melted butter and grease bombs.
- Bake at 175°C/345°F for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Season with fresh parsley and serve warm.
