Pork fillet with mushrooms: the easy way to make a juicy and delicious meal

Ingredients:
800 g pork fillet
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
200 g button mushrooms
100 g of ham
Laurel
150 ml of wine
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Cut the pork tenderloin and season with salt and pepper.
2. Then brown the meat in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
3. Set the meat aside and use the same pan to continue cooking.
4. Brown the garlic and onion, then add the mushrooms.
5. Then add the meat, bay leaf, ham, salt, pepper, parsley and wine.
6. Cook until a thick sauce forms.
