Homemade pumpkin pasta: the easy way to make it perfet

The handmade pasta is amazing and making it with your grandma is ever better. Let's try this pumpkin version.
Ingredients:
350 g of semolina flour
145 g of pumpkin already cooked and blended
Directions:
1. First cut the pumpkin into pieces and bake in the air fryer or oven.
2. Once cooked, remove it well to form a pulp.
3. Then let it cool.
4. Put the pumpkin and flour in the mixer.
5. Wait for a homogeneous compound to form and make your fettuccine.
6. Cook and season as you like.
