INGREDIENTS400g bucatini
200g peas
150g provolone cheese
400g béchamel
150g pancetta
breadcrumbs, as needed
300ml water
300g flour
DIRECTIONS
Cook the pasta and once it’s ready, mix in the peas, pancetta, and the béchamel. Press the pasta mixture into a casserole dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Using a round cutter, cut out some pasta circles. Prepare a batter by combining the water and flour. Dip rounds into the batter and then cover them in breadcrumbs. Bake for 25 minutes. If you want to make these fritters extra delicious, fry them in hot oil until they are golden!
