Bologna rolls: the recipe for a savory and easy dish to try

Ingredients:
1 onion
Olive oil
Salt
Chili pepper
Bell pepper
450 g of meat
Fresh parsley
1 egg
Black pepper
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 tsp of garlic powder
2 tbsp of breadcrumbs
250 g of bologna (in thin slices)
Directions:
1. Fry the diced onion and chili pepper in a pan with some olive oil. Season with salt.
2. Add some diced bell pepper too.
3. Cut and grind the meat.
4. Mix with chopped fresh parsley, 1 egg, pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika.
5. Mix in the cooked vegetables too. Lastly add breadcrumbs.
6. Place a spoonful of the meat and vegetables mix on top on bologna slices. Then roll to close them.
7. Place the bologna rolls onto an oiled baking tray.
8. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
