INGREDIENTS
For the rolls:
Mortadella
Mortadella
Cream cheese
Olives
Cherry tomato
For the ribbons:
Mortadella
Olives
For the roses:
Mortadella
METHOD
Rolls:
- Take the mortadella slice, spread the cheese and add the olives on top. Roll the stuffed mortadella to create the rolls.
- Add the cherry tomato on top of the roll and pierce with a toothpick.
Ribbons:
- Wrinkle mortadella slice with hands.
- Cut the olive on one side and close the ribbon with it.
Roses:
- Take the glass for the vine and arrange the mortadella slices in a circle inside of the glass.
- Turn the glass upside down and pull it up to show the rose.
