Savory brioche roll: cheesy and easy to make

INGREDIENTS
500g (4 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
12g of brewer's yeast
250ml (1 cup) of milk (lukewarm)
4g (1 tsp) of sugar
1 egg
12g (3/4 tbsp) of salt
40ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil
150g of cooked ham
200g of cheese
Milk + egg for brushing
White sesame seeds
Black sesame seeds
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the flour, yeast, milk, sugar, egg, and salt and mix. When the dough starts to form add the olive oil and knead until the dough is smooth.
2. Pour the olive oil into the bowl add the dough and oil it on all sides. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 1 hour, or until it doubles in volume.
3. After time has elapsed transfer the dough to the working surface and press with your hands to obtain a rectangle shape. Arrange the cooked ham and cheese in the middle and roll it up. Pinch it well from the top to seal the roll.
4. Transfer the roll to the cake mold (28x14cm - mold size) covered with parchment paper, cover it with cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
5. After 1-hour brush the roll with the egg + milk and sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds.
6. Transfer the roll to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes. Let the roll cool after baking, cut on slices, and serve.
