Stuffed zucchini: the recipe to make this incredible meal

Ingredients:
5 round zucchini
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 red pepper
Parsley
2 tsp sweet paprika
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated cheese
Salt to taste.
Directions:
Wash and empty the zucchini, blanch in salted water for 5 minutes.
Then shred and fry the onion, then add the pepper and the pulp of the zucchini. Then add the tomatoes, paprika and salt, cook for 15 minutes.
Then add the breadcrumbs and cheese, stuff the courgettes and cover them with a little cheese. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20/25 minutes.
