Phyllo dough cake: an alternative way to make a tasty dessert

Ingredients:
200 gr butter
500 gr phyllo dough
3 eggs
80 gr sugar
1 tablespoon of semolina flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
200 gr cream
100 gr oil
Syrup:
The zest of an orange
100 ml water
3 tbsp sugar
Directions:
Roll out the filo pastry and brush the melted butter. Fold it into an accordion and place it in the mold.
Then beat the eggs with sugar, semolina, yeast, cream and oil. Pour on the phyllo dough and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30-40 minutes.
Grate the orange zest and put it in a pan with water and sugar. Stir and then strain the juice.
Pour on the cake and serve.
