No bake coconut pie: a tasty dessert ready in no time

Ingredients:
Base:
200 gr of biscuits + 50 gr of decoration
100 gr of butter
4 spoons of cream for desserts
Ingredients for the cream:
250 gr of cream for desserts
250 gr of mascarpone
100 gr of coconut milk
100 gr of hazelnut cream
5 gr of gelatine sheets
20 gr of hot milk
70 gr of icing sugar
50 gr of coconut flour
Directions:
Base: blend the biscuits, mix them with the butter, the cream and mash them on the bottom of the mold. Leave in the fridge.
Put the gelatin in water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the cream with the icing sugar. Separately mix the mascarpone with milk and coconut flour. Add the two compounds, dissolve the gelatin and add to the rest. Assemble the tart also adding the hazelnut cream and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
