Zucchini savory pie: the easy way to prepare the best appetizer ever

The Italian recipe to make a delicious appetizer or side dish.
 
Ingredients:
2 zucchini
2 slices of bread
1 egg
Salt and pepper
4 spoons of parmesan
Extra virgin olive oil
60 g speck
40 gr cheese
 

Preparation:
Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Blend half courgettes with bread, egg, salt, pepper and parmesan.
Cover the molds with breadcrumbs and assemble the cakes. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 30/40 minutes.
