Ingredients:
4 yolks
1 liter of milk
80 gr starch
100 gr sugar
Cinnamon (stick or powder) and lemon zest

Directions:
Mix 500 ml of milk with the starch, then pour into a pan.
Add the cinnamon and lemon zest. Then add the yolks and the remaining quantity of milk. Remove the lemon zest and serve this delight.
