Baked stuffed cannoli: a delicious Italian recipe

Ingredients:
120 g flour
120 g manitoba flour
120 ml milk
1 egg
15 g butter
40 g sugar
13 g brewer's yeast
150 g white yogurt
2 tablespoons hazelnut cream
Preparation:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Then pour the mixture into the flour, sugar and mix. Add egg and butter. Form a homogeneous dough and let rise for 2 hours.
Then divide the dough into equal balls and let them rest for an hour.
Then form the cannoli and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Brush with a beaten egg or milk and bake at 356°F for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the hazelnut cream and stuff the cannoli.
