Savory pancakes with cheese: the recipe to make easily

Garlic Cheese Pancakes
2 - 3 cloves of garlic, roasted and mashed
250g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour (125g for each cup).
1 tsp of instant yeast.
1 tsp of sugar.
3 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted.
125ml (1/2 cup) of warm milk.
1 large egg, whipped.
1/2 tsp salt.
1 sprig of spring onion, chopped.
The stuffing:
1 cup of grated cheese ( I use Gouda & Emmenthal) + 1/2 cup of Poultry Salami (diced) or bacon, ham, etc + spring onions, chopped.
 

Directions:
roast and mash the garlic, set aside.
In a bowl mix flour, yeast and sugar.
Then add butter, milk, egg and mix. Add the salt and let it rest until double in size.
Then mix cheese, salami and spring onions.
Cook the pancakes in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
