Meatloaf in a pan: the tasty meal to make easily

Ingredients:
300-400 gr minced meat
1 egg
1/2 nut (optional)
Onion to taste
Oil to taste
Grated cheese to taste
breadcrumbs
Breadcrumbs to taste
White wine to taste

Directions:
In a bowl mix the minced meat with egg, breadcrumbs, breadcrumbs, cheese and integrate everything.
Roll out the mixture and stuff it.
Roll up the dough and bread it well.
Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and brown the meatloaf on the side of the closure.
When it is browned evenly, transfer the meatloaf to another pan where you have heated an onion. Deglaze with white wine and cook with the lid.
