Mac’n cheese stuffed meatloaf

Ingredients:
GLAZE INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
MAC 'N CHEESE INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup dry macaroni
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups shredded cheese
MEATLOAF INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup fresh onion, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 eggs

Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook macaroni according to package directions
In a small sauce pan, melt butter, add flour and mix until smooth. Whisk in milk and stir. Stirring frequently, cook over medium heat until bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in salt and pepper
Pour sauce over cooked macaroni.
Add shredded cheese.

Combine ground beef, onion, garlic, bread crumbs and eggs. Mix well.
Put meat mixture into a 10x8 inch rectangle on parchment paper. Pour macaroni and cheese.
Spread mac and cheese to within 3-inches of opposite edge. Roll meat around mac and cheese. Seal edges and transfer roll to prepared pan.
Bake 25 min at 350F/180C
Mix ketchup, brown sugar.
Spread with prepared glaze. Bake 15 min at 350F/180C
