Potato bread pie: the delicious and simple recipe

Ingredients:

Dough:

250 gr flour

1 teaspoon dry yeast

1 tbsp sugar

1 egg

3 tablespoons of melted butter

125 ml warm milk

1 teaspoon salt

Stuffed:

2 boiled and mashed potatoes

Chives or parsley

100 gr mozzarella or scamorza

Spices to taste

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Grated cheese

Directions:

Dough in a bowl insert flour, egg, yeast and sugar. Start mixing and add melted butter, milk and salt. Form a homogeneous dough and let rise until doubled (at least a couple of hours).

In the meantime, add the potatoes, chives, spices, mozzarella (or scamorza) and salt to a bowl.

Roll out the dough, brush the oil and cover with the dough with the potatoes. Add the cheese and bake at 400°F (200°) for 20-25 minutes.
